Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly so your pup's Clean Belly gets to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at getpuppantry@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number.
- Before your order ships: We'll do our best to catch it. If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method, or update your shipping address.
- After your order ships: We're unable to cancel or redirect orders once they're with the carrier. Once your order arrives, it is covered by our Refund Policy, including our 60-day money-back guarantee.
Because orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, cancellation requests sent outside that window may not reach us in time. We'll always confirm by email whether your cancellation was successful.
