Refund Policy

60-Day "Happy Belly" Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

We stand behind Clean Belly — and we want your dog to feel the difference. If you don't see results, we'll make it right. To qualify for our 60-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions apply:

  • Your dog must have been given Clean Belly as directed for a minimum of 21 consecutive days. Gut health takes time — most pups show visible changes around the 3-week mark, so we ask that you give it the full course before requesting a refund.
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date by emailing getpuppantry@outlook.com with your order number.
  • The product must have been opened and used. This is a results-based guarantee for pet parents who tried Clean Belly and didn't see the results they hoped for — not a change-of-mind return policy. Unused, unopened products do not qualify under the satisfaction guarantee (but see "Multi-Jar Orders" below).
  • Each customer or household is eligible for one satisfaction guarantee refund.

Multi-Jar Orders (2-Jar and 3-Jar Bundles)

If you purchased a multi-jar bundle and your dog didn't respond well to Clean Belly, you don't need to open every jar to qualify:

  • Open and use one jar for the required 21 days.
  • If you're not satisfied, your refund will cover the full bundle price, including unopened jars, provided the unopened jars are returned to us in sealed condition. Return shipping for unopened jars is the customer's responsibility.

What Does NOT Qualify

  • Requesting a refund before giving Clean Belly a fair try (fewer than 21 days of use).
  • Requesting a refund without an order number.
  • Shipping speed or delivery timelines — these are listed on our Shipping Policy page and do not affect product quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, email getpuppantry@outlook.com right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email getpuppantry@outlook.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of your dog's experience with Clean Belly

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at getpuppantry@outlook.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.
