Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes [2–5] business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at getpuppantry@outlook.com and we'll help sort it out.
